Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

What is your return policy?
We’re so happy you asked! Returns are just another way we make shopping with us a breeze.
If you’re not 100% happy (satisfied?) with your order, just contact our Customer Service Team, and one of our friendly team members will help with a refund or an exchange for another SmartyPants product. Pretty sweet, huh?
Items purchased through www.
Did you purchase your supplements through another online retailer (Amazon, etc.)? No worries. You can either return it back to them, or we can help you with an exchange for a replacement bottle of another SmartyPants product. The choice is yours!
A few more things, we don’t refund original shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong product – and we don’t issue refunds or exchanges past 30 days.

Can I return or exchange my product if I don’t like it?
If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let us know. We will promptly replace the item or give you a refund of its purchase price. It's that simple.
Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed. You can find more information on our return policy here.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
We offer a few different shipping options, and arrival dates vary.
We ship to all U.S. States. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of placing it. You will receive a shipment notification email to track your delivery.
Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative method. Our rates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (within the contiguous U.S.): $5 – arrival approximately 3 – 5 business days after order is processed.
- 2-day Shipping (within the contiguous U.S.): $20 – arrival approximately 2 business days after order is processed.
- Standard Shipping Outside Contiguous U.S.: $5.99 (includes orders to Alaska and Hawaii) – arrival approximately 4 – 7 business days after order is processed.

Pricing
We do our best to make sure that all of the information on this site is accurate. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item may be priced incorrectly.
- If the item's correct price is lower than our stated price, then we will charge you the lower price and ship the item to you.
- If the item's correct price is higher than our stated price, then we will contact you and wait for your instructions before shipping.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within California.
No sales tax is charged on food items. If an item is a combination of a non-taxable food item and a taxable non-food item, then California state law requires that we collect a prorated tax based on the ratio of the value of the food item and the non-food item.
The final confirmation page displayed when you order shows the sales tax we will charge on your order.
