Why is the SmartyPantsVitamins.com store closing?
SmartyPants is always looking for ways to improve both our products and our customer experience. With this in mind, we will be closing our online store at the end of February (FEB 28, 2023) to focus on our retailer partnerships. Our SmartyPantsVitamins.com website will continue to be updated with product education and up-to-date information about our formulas. As always, our Customer Care Team will be here to address your questions or concerns.
Where can I continue to buy SmartyPants?
SmartyPants will continue to be available through your favorite stores and sites, including Amazon.com, Costco, Target, Whole Foods, Walmart, as well as a host of other retailers nationwide. What is the last date I can place an order on SmartyPantsVitamins.com?

What is the last date for my SmartyPants Subscription automatic order to be processed?
The last day subscription orders will be processed is February 28, 2023
What happens to my SmartyPants subscription?
All SmartyPants subscriptions will automatically discontinue after February 28th, 2023. If you are scheduled for a subscription order to ship out prior to February 28th, that will be your final subscription order and will deploy according to your account preferences. If you'd like to keep up with your auto-delivery supplement routine, consider setting up a Subscribe & Save order through www.Amazon.com, where you can find all of our SmartyPants formulas available with fast 1-2 day free ground shipping for Prime subscribers. What if I need to process a return or request a refund after February 28th?
Return and refund requests will be accepted through March 15, 2023. Approved returns may be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Please reach out to hoot@smartypantscorp.com with all return/refund questions.
What happens to my loyalty points, gift cards, or coupon codes?
SmartyPants loyalty points and gift card balances will remain valid through February 28th, 2023. ALL LOYALTY POINTS and GIFT CARDS WILL EXPIRE AFTER FEB 28th, 2023. If you choose not to redeem your credits/points, you will forfeit any remaining credits after this date. NOTE: SmartyPants Loyalty Points and Gift Cards cannot be used in retail stores or on Amazon.com. SmartyPants loyalty points and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash value.
What if I have questions about my order after February 28th?
As always, your final orders can be tracked through your SmartyPantsVitamins.com account. Our Customer Care Team will continue to be available to answer your questions through email (hoot@smartypantscorp.com) Mon-Fri, 9-5 EST.
