Orders are shipped via FedEx and other premium carriers for the 48 contiguous states and via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for Alaska and Hawaii.

Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.
Standard shipping to Alaska & Hawaii addresses is available for an extra charge of $10.00. Orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and therefore P.O. Boxes are acceptable.

Things can happen in shipping, and we don't want you to worry. Ensure your package from damage, loss, or theft by keeping Route Package Protection on your order at checkout. The cost is $1 for orders under $100 and 2% for orders over $100. Route makes it quick and easy to get a refund or a new order if you experience any shipping issues along the way.
Standard shipping delivers within 3-6 business days. This includes a 1-2 business day processing time for orders. Please allow extra time if your order was placed Friday evening, during weekends or on holidays. For example, if your order was placed Friday evening, it is standard to not see any tracking updates until Monday evening. Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:
- Credit card payment issue
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- FedEx or other premium carrier circumstances (severe weather, etc.)
Holiday Shipping Cutoffs
Please note that the months of November and December are some of the busiest times of the year, as people nationwide are shopping and preparing for the holiday season. Some packages may experience carrier delays of up to 10 business days.
In order to ensure delivery of your order before December 25th, please take note of our holiday cutoff dates:
- Standard Shipping: December 10
- Expedited Shipping: December 17
During busier seasons, carriers may take longer than expected to update the tracking status of a package. If a package has shipped and the tracking status does not update within 3 business days, please contact SmartyPants Vitamins at Hoot@SmartyPantsCorp.com for an additional update on your package. If a package shows tracking updates but has stalled at a processing location, please contact the carrier for additional information, as they would be able to provide the most up to date information on your package.
Due to carrier delays nationwide, shipments may experience delays of up to 10 business days. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days of being placed. Please note all delivery timeframes are estimates and are subject to change. These timeframes do not include weekends and holidays. If you have not received your order after 10 business days, please contact our customer service team at Hoot@SmartyPantsCorp.com and we can further assist you.
Route Package Protection
SmartyPants Vitamins partners with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route Protect at checkout, your order will be protected from loss, damage or theft. The cost of Route package insurance is just $1 for orders under $100, and 2% of the order value for orders over $100 or more.
In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file an issue with Route and receive a replacement or be reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you, and we highly recommend that you use Route package protection at checkout.
- Shipping issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” can be approved no earlier than 5 days after “delivery date” and no later than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.
- Photos required for damaged shipping issues.
- Shipping issues for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") can be after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
