  • How do SmartySquad subscriptions work?

    • Step 1. Select Your Supplements
      You can select multiple supplements in the same order (don’t forget about the rest of the family).

      Visit the applicable product page. Make sure you select Subscribe & Save as your Delivery Option.

      Then, you can choose to receive your shipment every 30, 60 or 90 days. Because we want to make being healthy for you and your family easy!
       
    • Step 2. Enter Delivery Address and Payment Details
      Next, you’ll be prompted to enter your delivery address and payment details. We’ll use this information to automatically charge your credit card and ship your order based on the timeline you select. You can update this information anytime in your online account, which brings us to Step 3.
       
    • Step 3. Create Your SmartySquad Account
      After your order is complete, you’ll see a link to create a SmartySquad online account. Go for it! Here you can manage your subscription and membership. You can also modify, cancel, skip or put your shipment on hold at anytime. No questions asked.

  • What products can I subscribe to? Which products can I get auto shipped?

    All of our supplements are available for Subscribe & Save and to be auto shipped. You’ll find this option on all of our product pages.     Yes! You can cancel or put your subscription on hold at anytime through your online account. No questions asked. Just follow these steps.
    1. Log into your SmartySquad account and click "Manage Subscriptions."
    2. Next, click "Delivery Schedule."
    3. From there, you'll be able to view all upcoming shipments and select which ones you want to skip or edit.

    3. From there, you’ll be able to view all upcoming shipments and select which ones you want to skip or edit.

  • How do I update my payment method for Subscribe & Save?

    Just follow these steps:
    1. Log into your SmartySquad account and click "Manage Subscriptions."
    2. Next, tap or click "Billing Information" and “Update Card.”
    3. From there, you can enter your new payment details. Make sure to click “Update Card” when you’re done to save your changes.
    4. Your new payment details will be saved for your next shipment.

  • How do I change my address for Subscribe & Save?

    Need to update your delivery address? No problem. Just follow these steps:
    1. Log into your SmartySquad account and click "Manage Subscriptions."
    2. Next, tap or click “Edit” located next to the Subscription Orders heading.
    3. From there, you can enter your new shipping and/or billing address. Make sure to click “Save” when you’re done, and your new delivery address and/or billing address will be saved for your next shipment
