How to Use

For children 4 years of age or older, take two (2) gummies daily for the first week, four (4) gummies thereafter. May be taken with or without food. Chew each gummy thoroughly.

What's the difference between SmartyPants Kids Formula and Kids Formula and Fiber?

SmartyPants Kids Formula and Fiber contains all of the same vitamins and omega-3 fish oil as our original Kids Formulas. The only difference is that you get soluble fiber (up to 6g for adults and 4g for kids) as well! If you or your kids take our Adult and/or Kids Fiber products, there’s no need to also take our Adult and/or Kids Formula supplements.

Why is fiber important?

Fiber promotes regularity and increases the presence of beneficial bacteria in the gut. Soluble fiber also creates a sense of fullness, allowing you to feel satisfied on less food. Sadly, one of the biggest deficiencies in our diet is fiber. While the FDA recommends adults take 20-38 grams of fiber per day (depending on age and gender) most of us consume around half of that. That is why we included soluble fiber in our SmartyPants Complete and Fiber - to help close this nutrition gap and to help bring these many benefits to our customers.

Is this supplement safe for people with allergies?

All SmartyPants supplements are allergen-free. This means we're free of the eight most common allergens - milk, eggs, shellfish, soy, gluten, wheat, fish allergens, peanuts and treenut allergens. We're also Non-GMO and gluten-free. No synthetic colors, artificial flavors or sweeteners.

Where do you source your fiber from in SmartyPants Kids Formula and Fiber? What is inulin?

The soluble fiber in our Adult and Kids Complete and Fiber comes from inulin syrup, a natural component of chicory root. Inulin is a polysaccharide (a carbohydrate like starch and cellulose that consistent of bonded sugar molecules) produced by many plants, most notable root vegetables. The inulin in our Fiber products is extracted from chicory root. Inulin is not digested by the digestive system and is a soluble fiber.
