Do I need to refrigerate your Probiotic products? Does that help survivability?

Our Probiotic products have a 95% survivability rate to the gut and do not require refrigeration. We use spore-forming probiotic strains that are naturally micro-encapsulated to withstand harsh stomach conditions during digestion to ensure the majority of them reach your gut alive. 

What are the recommended ages of your kids' products?

Our kids formulas are generally designed for children over the age of 4, however, our Kids Probiotics are formulated for kids 3+.

We also have formulas for toddlers (ages 2-3) and teens (ages 13+). There are other factors that may affect these recommendations, like weight and height, which is why we always recommend checking with a trusted medical professional if you have questions or concerns about which formula is appropriate - or about giving your child a new supplement.

Can this product be paired with other SmartyPants Kids products?

Yes, our Kids Probiotic supplements can be taken with other SmartyPants products like our kids multivitamins, Kids Triple Action Immunity and/or Kids Fiber & Veggies as needed. Always follow the specific use instructions on each bottle.
