SmartyPants Multi Capsules are not vegan. They are vegetarian and include plant-based Omega-3 DHA from algal oil. This multi is not vegan because it includes vitamin D3 from lanolin.

For adults, take one (1) capsule daily. May be taken with or without food. Take with a sip of water.

Since our SmartyPants Multi Capsules are a premium multivitamin, they should not be combined with another multivitamin. However, this formula can be combined with our Prebiotic & Probiotic Immunity Formulas, or our Healthy* Immunity Formulas. Unlike PhD, SmartyPants Multi Capsules do not contain CoQ10, Lutein & Zeaxanthin, K2. They do contain Chromium, which our PhD formulas do not. SmartyPants Women's and Prenatal Multi Capsules also has a different form of iron, ferrous bisgylcinate chelate instead of iron from ferric pyrophospate. This formula has a Fruit and Vegetable Blend instead of a Whole Food Blend and the capsules are split into an oil side and powder side which you can see in each capsule.
